Spring is here and so are the buyers and sellers. So much activity in the month of March. It seems everybody wants to come here and nobody here wants them to. Every neighborhood wants to stop growth.
I noticed the traffic picking up and it isn't even tourist season yet.
But when I travel outside this area, I begin to understand the attraction to Asheville. It may not be perfect but at least it's better than most places. Only the cost of housing is above the mean for the state of NC. Everything else is less. Utilities, food, clothing, etc.
So I guess we are lucky. Everyone knows the pluses. We just need to keep them that way.
